Buck is the founder and CEO at Wavemaker Labs – a next-gen corporate innovation venture fund that incubates and scales disruptive technology startups in partnership with the world’s most forward-thinking companies.
Inspired by the autonomous technology he witnessed while in the U.S. Army, Buck is building one of the largest, most qualified robotics teams in the world, working to transform the food industry through advanced AI, machine learning and Robotics.
His leadership at Wavemaker Labs has resulted in the recent launches of Future Acres (sustainable agricultural robotics), Graze Mowing (autonomous and electric-powered commercial lawn mower), Bobacino (fully automated boba tea bar) and Piestro (fully automated pizzeria).

David has seen extraordinary success as an entrepreneur. Chris Lustrino is the Founder & CEO of KingsCrowd, the first and only independent rating and analytics platform servicing the online private markets. Prior to founding KingsCrowd, Lustrino spent time as a management consultant focused on servicing private equity clients, and running a Fintech blog that was nominated as a finalist for Lendit’s prestigious Fintech Journalist of The Year award in 2018 and subsequently acquired. He is a graduate of Boston College with a bachelor of science in management.

A State Department Global Innovation Fellow, he travels the world working with startups. He spent 5 years working in the United States Senate and is passionate about creating a regulatory environment that is healthy for small business and allows equitable access to capital markets.
