Equity crowdfunding is so new and there is a lot of unchartered territory. We now have these companies who are taking on thousands of small investors. What will these companies do with those investors when the big dogs come? We just have to have faith these companies will stand tall when the time comes. The SEC even has a cap on the amount of investors a private company may have making matters even more interesting. We have companies creating SAFES that convert on exit to avoid taking on investors on the books. It’s an interesting new phenomenon. Anyway, I’m interested in seeing how everything plays out. Thanks for listening to my ramble.
