Has anybody dabbled in investing in farmland? I came across this site and am curious if anybody else uses it to diversify their portfolio, or another site like it.

I have added property in general, but not farm land specifically. This looks interesting.

Yeah I thought so too. They didn’t have any offers at the time I looked, but I can’t imagine they are the only site, and looks like it follows the same Reg A rules as other private investing. I can’t tell if it is open to non-accredited investors yet or not though. I’m sure there are similar platforms too, I just haven’t looked much yet.
